Best Cpu & Processor for graphics purpose in budget

i m nitin & i want to know about processors & Graphics Cards
my query is
i) which is best processor Intel or AMD for VFX works
ii) which is best GPU ATI or Nvidia
currently i have these config.:-
Intel c2d E4500
Asus P5nesli
2 GB ddr2 Ram
Nvidia GF 7300gt 512 gddr3 sli

i want to purchase new system so,please tell me which is right config for me
i) AMD Phenom II X4 945/955BE OR Intel i5 750/2500k

ii) ATI Radeon HD 5670 OR Nvidia GTS 250 ( i heard abt Ultimate Vision & CUDA Technologies which is better for editing & compositing)

iii) Mobo For Amd any suggestions between 5K to 7K (for intel also)
how much power required for adding 2 gpus
plz help me out as soon as possible coz m planning to buy it within a day or 2

Well, there is no doubt that Intel is outperforming AMD in top of the line processors. You can compare the best of AMD to the best of Intel and the Intel is about 45% faster.
