Durable multimedia keyboard with Palm Rest, Volume & Sleep

I am software developer by profession and working in software developing company. In my company computers keyboards are normal keyboard without palm rest and it’s not giving easy and comfort level to the users. So I am searching for keyboard which can come with palm rest and also with volume and sleep option. I am confused between lots of option so I need your help to choose the best one. My other demand is keyboard should be more durable and value for money. If anyone having idea so give me specification of that model.
