Need an entertainment PC in 50k-55k

I am planning to assemble an entertainment Computer and My needs and requirements I have listed below:
Maximum Budget: 50K – 55K
open to alternate ideas/products giving similar better performance: YES
the purpose of the computer: HD movies,decent gaming,Adobe suite,Sony Vegas
Planning to overclock: Not Really.
OS planning to use: Windows xp
hard drive space needed: 1TB should be best
ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler: Yes.
other points necessary: I favor intel processors at least i3 in mind. However open to some equivalent AMD processor. I desire more than an entry level gfx card.
If 5.1 speakers can be possible include it but it is not that important.
