Which is the Reliable 2TB internal HDD for media storage

I own a personal desktop which I used as a file server at my home. Now the problem is it is running out of storage space. I need to do something very quickly. I found while something working on my HDD is that my current Disk reported as a failure rate and low ratings by NEWEGG users. So I think this time I am going to buy something reliable. My file server should access 2 media devices at the same time. Can anyone give me some advice about the models which have the capacity of nearly 2 TB? Is the 2TB is more reliable or should I go for some smaller storage? What is your suggestion on this?

At this point I have to share my system experience with you. From the past several months I am using a WDC 2TB Green for my Home theater PC storage. Recently I have installed an additional Green 2TB EARS. Yesterday I saw an offer of Samsung F4s WDC which is only cost to $100 and its capacity worth 2TB. At the spot I ordered it and installed to my server. Now I can withdraw several small HDD which are about 250GB to 750 GB. I can now use those retired 250GB HDD for backup role only. It is not necessary to power them for whole day and week. After installing WDC 2TB greens the HD video streaming become silky.
