problem either with motherboard or with the hard disk

I want some help from your side. I have try to seen solution on so many site but it work I can’t get solution. I have Desktop Computer that won’t work properly. Whenever I powered up, some splash screen display and I can’t do anything. This problem is not giving me any access to BIOS. I try BOOT from CD but same thing happen and when I power up I can hear fan sound. I thought there may be some problem in the power supply. So please is there is anybody can solve this particularly. Sometime system throws series of BEEP code and say Bad DIMM or Bad Main Motherboard. My question is that can I get any action which should I take it. Please if you have any thought really help me…

This could happen if you have damaged hard drive. So just replace your hard drive and try to install operating system.
