Suggest me a Mid level Gaming PC configuration

I want to build a mid range(INR. 45-50,000) gaming PC. Mainly wanna use it for office purpose(Windows 7) and in free times for Gaming(Wanna play PS3 Games)
Kindly help me in finalising the configuration for the same. I have come across a few suggestions.

CPU : AMD Phenom II X4 945
Motherboard : MSI 880 GMA - E45
Memory : 4 GB OCZ 1333Mhz DDR3(2*2)
Graphics Card : Galaxy GTX460 768 MB GC Edition
HDD : Seagate 1TB 7200.12
Cabinet : Coolermaster Elite 430
Power Supply : FSP SAGA II 500 / TAGAN TG500-U37
Optical Drive : LG GH22NS50 OEM SATA DVD-Writer
Monitor : Samsung B2230 22" Full HD
Keyboard and Mouse : Microsoft Wired desktop 600 USB
Speakers : Logitech X210

I have very little knowledge about latest hardware or components & have following Queries too:
(a) Read MSI 880 GMA lacks "Side Memory", any better suggestions?
(b) Does MSI 880 GMA support 1600Mhz RAM DDR3 RAM?
(c) Is there any perceptable diff. b/w Phenom II X4 965 and 945; if yes then which better motherboard to swicth over to?
(d) Are BENQ monitors better?
(e) Any good LED monitors u can suggest(17" or more)?
(f) Wanna go in for wireless modem, any suggestions? - I live in a flat.Current room size is 10'x12'.
(g) Wireless gaming controller?
