Is the WD Caviar Green WD10EARS 1TB 5400 RPM 64 MB good enough to use as the primary HD for Windows 7?

I want to use the HD as primary for a Windows 7 OS and I do play a lot of recent high-end games.
Is this WD HD too slow to use as a primary HD and for playing games because of it's low RPM(5400).
It's also the WD green series which means power efficient at the cost of performance. I like to know is this too slow for my needs.

I'm now planning to replace it with a seagate barracuda 7200.12 1TB drive, is that necessary or this WD HD enough for my use?

Most of the hard disk manufactures have decided to use the larger block size so that it will be helpful in the future of hard disk. This is a good idea because most of the operating system and bios settings can really do well if they follow the larger block size rather than the old 512 byte sector size. Ok, this sounds good but the problem here is that the disk will be writing on 512 bytes of sector and it will need a translation to use 4096 byte. In general this will roughly mean that it will find the block , then the next step is to read the remainder and update the bytes and then finally write the block out to the disk. Now this process slows down the speed of operation, this even mean that slows down the disk. This is the case with WD10EARS.
