    2 speakers in 5.1 surround sound not working in Windows 7

    I have recently switched to the Windows 7 and attached the new bought 5.1 speakers of creative. When I am playing some videos, I can observe that only 2 speakers and woofer has sound, there is no sound from rest 2 speakers. Since, I am not having enough knowledge about the hardware parts, I thought to ask you experts. Please provide some solutions that can be useful for me to sort out my problem. I am expecting detailed explanation, since I am newbie in this section.
