The Restart of the system is because of the virus. So first thing that i will advise you is to check for the virus into the system. Just install a latest antivirus program but make sure that it is updated with the latest virus definition. Now run the antivirus program to check for virus. So try this out and work with it.

Do you see any error message on the pc, any blue screen? Go to C:\Windows\Minidump. If there are any files there, copy and paste them to another folder. Then rar oz zip them and attach the compressed file to your next post. We will look at it. Try disconnecting everything that is not absolutely necessary for installation.. drives, usb devices, extra monitors, extra video cards, sli, everything... then reinstall.. let us know how it goes.

may be coz of processor overheating
try installing a extra fan in the cabinet
and apply some heat stimulating fluid between the processor and heat sink
