USB Failure issue in Windows 7

I have a desktop machine and it is been installed with Windows 7. There is a issue with the USB port I guess as it looses power suddenly. I have no idea for the same. Please do help me out so that I can make the things to be processed and work which will be better and make it function as needed. Hope to get a better solution and make the change that will be better.

Try to reinstall the drivers for the USB by removing the drivers first and as it is been done you need to install the fresh copy by by running the system under safe mode.
