    G.Skill F2 8500CL5D 2GBPK

I have an Asus P5W DH Deluxe motherboard with an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 ES processor. I have recently bought a new 2Gb kit of G.Skill PC8500 CL5 but i have not tested it yet. So can you guys give me some ideas that how this RAM gonna work on my system though i am gonna test it soon but still it would be better to know from you guys as well.
And i am looking forward to have best stability so will it be okay to test it by using SuperPi 32M?

I guess you have bought great pair of RAM for your computer system but you have not mentioned the name of an operating system which you are gonna use on your system. Actually it depends a lot on OS as well that how your computer system gonna perform. I am having 2GBHZ PC6400 and it seems that you have got bit better then me. I am having a Micron D9GMH on my chips but i have heard that some sticks even have D9DKX.

I think you should have bought a single chip with the higher capability as it would have been even better if you have taken single RAM chip of 2 Gb so that only one slot of your RAM would have used. In future, You can also use another 2 GB chip which will increase your computer's performance drastically. I think this is also not a bad choice but i am just giving an idea to improve performance in a better way.

Super Pi is a free program that calculates the digits of pi after the decimal point up to 32 million. To do this , the program uses the Gauss Legendre and is used primarily as Benchmark to test the performance of his computer . Created by Yasumasa Kanada of the University of Tokyo, Super Pi is no longer updated since 1995, yet it is still widely used especially in the middle of overclocking . However this software is single-threaded , that is to say that he can use one of the multiple core processors.
