Hai.

Todays Processor speed varies in different cores such as dual,tri,quad
i need to upgrade my processor,Board & ram,

i searched AMD processors with current price,

----------DUAL CORE----------

AMD Athlon II X2 240 (2.80/2MB) --> 2800
AMD Phenom II X2 545 (3.0/7MB) --> 4450
AMD Phenom II X2 550 (3.1/7MB) --> 4350

----------TRI CORE----------
AMD Athlon II X3 435 (2.90/1.5MB) --> 3700

----------QUAD CORE----------

AMD Phenom II X4 630 (2.80/2MB) --> 4900
AMD Phenom II X4 945 (3.0/8MB) --> 7350
AMD Phenom II X4 955BE (3.2/2MB) --> 4900


am confused which i should take, for a basic processor cache must be
low r high, what is the use of cache memory, my budget is 5K to7.5K
including processor,motherboard(best & min in cost) and ram(1GB) .

suggest me a gud one...

First of all u'v got the prices wrong.
The 955 goes for 7.9-8.4 K.

Also, a little more detail is required.
What type of RAM are u planning to get?
DDR3 OR DDR2?
The former being costlier in all terms. Also, motherboards supporting DDR3 start at around 3 k.

DDR3 board prices high i think so,
tell me DDR2 board the best tht suits AMD,
also which processor i need to select ???

I think that the AMD Athlon II X2 240 and AMD Phenom II X4 940 are the best motherboard that suits to the DDR 2 RAM which you are looking for. I am using the AMD Phenom II X4 940 and it is having the good performance with the DDR 2 RAM. This two board which i can recommend you. If you like it then you can select the same.

AMD Athlon II X2 240 and AMD Phenom II X4 940 are CPUs (processor), and not mobos.

No, a mobo supporting both r3 & r2 is not invented (till now!). But I do advice you to go for a ddr3 one. Also, theres not a 'lot' of compition for the best low budget mobo, none, to say at a ddr2 spec. And above that, you have not mentioned the main use of your pc, so assuming its gaming, i will suggest
cpu - amd athlon II X2 240 @ 2900rs.
Mobo - ASROCK N68-S UCC @ ~3500.
This mobo (will be hard to find, esp in Indian market.) is good cuz its cheap, its ddr2 & it supports core-unlocking, which would be quite useful with amd240 as it has gr8 overclocking potential.
