Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 LP fan does not works on Intel DG45FC

I have an Intel DG45FC motherboard and when i am connecting my Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 LP with it then it is not working and hence my computer does not starts. But my older fan works without any problem. What should i do now to make this fan working?

There would be a compatibility issue with the fan which you wish to use on your computer. I think you should check an information about an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 LP that it is compatible with the motherboard of your system or not. If it wont be supporting for it then there is nothign we can do.

Are you using these both fans at the same time?
Actually This might be an issue with regarding the older fan on your system as well because of which your new fan would not be getting on as older one would be interfering with its functionality and hence it would not be getting any power to run.

If there would be compatibility issue then there is nothing that you can do with it. I guess you should try using the same fan on some other computer system so that you can come to know that this new fan is in working condition or not. If it is works on other computer then you must have suggestion of some engineer to get this fan working on your. But make sure that another computer on which you are trying is also has the similar kind of configurations.
