I just purchased this webcam, and veteran a few problems. I inserted in the disc, but the computer didn't read it, it was as if the disc didn't exist. So I downloaded an application for quickcam from download.com. I think that this all is happening because I am not having enough knowledge about it. I am expecting some help from you guys.!! Please tell me some solutions so that I can fix this issue. Also since, I don't know much about Logitech quickcam communicate stx plus, please provide detailed information about it.
