ATI Radeon HD 5970 in RV02 (Possible???)

The Silverstone claimed that ATI Radeon HD 5970 in RV02 exclusive of removing the middle fans. It is impracticable for me to get ATI 5970 surrounded by Silverstone Raven 02 without removing the middle fans. Perhaps should I take the fan out to install the card and then reinstall it subsequent to. I tried it previous to but not running for me.

I guess presently take out the middle fan then, I mean you are working the best ever card on the market, certainly one fan is a worthy sacrifice for such power his case I consider has 4 fans, excavation has 7. The merely way for you to install ATI 5970 is removing the middle fan. You have to read their physical instructions that Silverstone RV02 sustains and maintains graphic card up to 11.2 inches. ATI 5970 is 12 inches. How do they get ATI 5970 surrounded by Silverstone RV02.

The customary Raven RV02 had stocky grills on the fans which essentially had to be removed when 12in graphics cards were installed for the reason that they are presently too substantial. The innovative AP fans have incorporated grills although so these additional long cards fit extremely well. On the top there's tranquil the simple high and low switch fan control for them, as well as a customary 120mm exhaust fan too.

The innovative drive bays are comprehensive to some extent but Silverstone claims this be supposed to not create dissimilarity to the most important motherboard and PC appropriate. First Look: Silverstone Raven RV02-E PC Case First Look: Silverstone Raven RV02-E. Silverstone has detached the tool-less 5.25in drive bays in favor of customary screw retained ones at present, and the base fans have been changed for Silverstone’s most recent 180mm "Air Penetrators". The AP's present superior straight airflow in a constructive pressure design. Obviously the case is still not appropriate for water cooling.

Where Silverstone have superior in the case is when it comes to hard drives. The innovative RV02's bays have been replaced with five black synthetic hot-swappable bays with hold up for 2.5in and 3.5in drives on the E model. The Silverstone explained there were moderately a small number of complaints that the standard Raven RV02 had left people a diminutive short in the storage department by merely offering capability for three 3.5in drives, so five bays be supposed to assuage this problem for the entire but the majority demanding users.

The Silverstone has tweaked its exceptional Raven armature - the RV02 - by ripping out the guts and fusing mutually the insides of its Fortress FT02 chassis. The innovative "dash E" designation on the RV02-E denotes the dissimilarity in cases if you are looking for one in your neighboring merchant.

The innovative E version or description still sucks in air at the underneath of the case and expels it from side to side the top, and still has the motherboard mounting location rotated 90 degrees clockwise so that extension cards are fitted perpendicularly. As previous to, this means the CPU and graphics card coolers in addition blow perpendicularly upwards, and the air sucked in at the base be able to slide past extension cards and vent out the top of the holder.
