DVD drive not working

Hi !My DVD drive is not working properly....what is problem plz suggest me ... thanks

As the DVD drive is not working, it could be because of the hardware failure or due to improper cabling. First check if the connecting cables are connected to the DVD drive properly and be sure that there is no loose connection. If the cables are properly connected, then get the DVD drive checked at the nearest service center.
