Mouse Problem: hard to click

Hello,

This morning, my mouse (standard on the PowerPC G4) has become incredibly hard to click. I saw the back there were three positions to the puck around the red light but the three seem the same. What could be the reason?

I had same issue, some days ago. The whole thing, in general, the cable (leaving the mouse) that gets stuck under the front of the latter (between clickable button, and the table) ...See if you are stuck in same problem.

You may have joint problems or rheumatism.

This happens many time sot me that click button goes hard and i have to put some extra pressure to click a button.

And it depends on the use we make of fingers.

No its all sudden,Suddenly, left click of my mouse is very difficult to pressure, while right-clicking, I hardly touch. It becomes very tiring and took place today. What could happen? I did a defrag C: drive yesterday. Would it have done or the mouse is just worn out?

Change the mouse , there is nothing more you can do with it. And buying another mouse is not also much costly. The time you'll waste in making it work properly , better is buy a new mouse. It will be much better deal and way to solve this issue. Just try by changing the mouse properties so the left button becomes the right button and see if you get the shortcut menu.
