Hi,

Try using several similar Xbox 360-compatible discs into the console to determine if the disk you are using the causes of the problem. To test whether the problem is caused by a specific disk, use a disk of the same type as a game disc, a DVD movie or music CD. If the problem does not occur when using other discs, this disc in particular can be causing the problem.
For the record the specific topics, see the disk for visible signs of damage or dirt. Hold the disc by the edges without touching the top or bottom surface with your fingers. Clean the disc with a soft cloth. Rub gently from the center outwards. Do not use solvents or chemicals to clean the disk.
If this problem only occurs when using the first record that caused the problem,
Test to see if this problem only occurs when playing on Xbox LIVE. To do this, play some games offline. If this problem only occurs when trying to use Xbox Live, the problem could be related to your Internet connection and If the problem occurs when you play one or more game discs, and if the Xbox 360 has a hard drive of Xbox 360 is connected, try installing the game on the hard drive.
It is possible that your Xbox 360 does not respond may be due to overheating. If at any point of the console could have overheated, the connection of the motherboard GPU can be compromised. The console regularly lock is a common result of this. The setting, this would mean the restoration of contact with the motherboard GPU and repair the thermal compound to prevent it happening again.
If the Xbox 360 console stops responding when a game is loading, Xbox Live sign-in can interfere with self-loading times. Try the following:
1. Turn off the console, disconnect the hard drive and then turn on the console again. Try loading the game.
2. Disable auto-Xbox Live-in. Restart the console. Load the game. After the game loads, go through an Xbox Live Gamertag enabled.
This might also caused if the Xbox is broken, not just the game. Try playing all their games, and consider what was not working properly. You can also try to play the same cd in some else's xbox. If it appears to work in others, but not the other, there may be something wrong on your Xbox. Another way to check is when it freezes to the side, trying to open the Xbox Dashboard. It can work only if the game is damaged, but not if the Xbox has problems.
