First you have to determine the exact model number of the hardware you are trying to use. If you have the manufacturer's name then you can download the drivers from the official site. And if you trying to add a new hardware then you have to make on thing assure that the hard ware is compatible with other hardware like motherboard in the system. Post more detail description about your problem.
Whenever you try to install anything new in your computer then your operating system checks for required hardware and drivers present in your computer. The error for a driver you are getting here is most probably the driver for sound or it is asking for creative game port. The device id above identifies multiple devices, each of which can be known by many different names, reflecting the various manufacturers who produce devices built around common chipsets and components.
