Cruzer Titanium Not Working

Hello , I have recently having the problem the SanDisk Cruzer Titanium USB Flash Drive, the problem is that the Drive is not working on my Computer. when i connect it to my pc the light glow, but it is not detected by my pc , please help me and tell me how to solve this problem

Your company may have a security policy about not modifying the registry keys. Your system administrator can change permissions on registry keys to allow full control to all users who are allowed to insert the Cruzer Enterprise flash drive to PC.

Check Device Manager

1. Right-click My Computer.
2. Select Manage.
3. In the left pane, click Device Manager.

Update drivers

1. Right-click the entry mark position error, choose Uninstall.
2. On the top menu, click Action, then click Scan for hardware changes.

Check if the drive is detected

1. Double-click My Computer.
2. Locate the Usb as removable storage devices.

NOTE: It is recommended that the USB port on the back of the PC is used to ensure there is enough power from the USB port so that the Cruzer is detected correctly.


Try different USB ports.
A yellow exclamation point (!) In Device Manager usually means that the device does not receive enough power. If the Cruzer does not receive sufficient amount of power from the USB port, it will not work correctly.
