Usb keyboard stops working during windows xp install

hi
i am in trouble my usb keyboard stops working during windows xp install.i was installing windows from xp cd but while installing keyboard stop responding.
please can some one help me ?

I think you mistaken some where for making setting go to bios and enable usb port you must set it to disable so you facing the problem

Check that you have proper windows xp installation disk that is not pirated because if installation file is corrupted then such problem can be arise also check that your usb port is working proper.

There must be some conflict between the setup files in Windows XP and your usb key board so better try updated driver for key board else try to work with windows xp service pack 3. as updated pack come with some fixes so try it.
