I have installed the Jetway AD3RTLANG 3 x Gigabit LAN Port .but pfSense by default does not identify the interfaces, showing unknown PCI network devices found . So only on-board network works. so any one can help me to fix this ?

These nics are based on the Realtek RTL81108 you can try by downloading the latest FreeBSD drivers from Realtek.May be driver is not supporting due to any third party software that may be you install recently
there may be problem due to error in pfsense so configure Pfsense properly see here If you plan on installing pfSense on Compact Flash (CF) or other flash media please only use the embedded image (pfSense-Embedded.img.gz). It has been optimized to perform minimal writes to disk, as CF cards have limited write cycles.
The pfSense-LiveCD.iso can be used for running pfSense from CD or installation onto a hard disk. It is recommended that running pfSense from a CD is only used for trial purposes - for any production installations, the install to hard drive option should be used. see here
found solution for pfSense 2.0
you must enter the following lines in the /boot/loader.conf
legal.intel_ipw.license_ack="1"
legal.intel_wpi.license_ack="1"
after I entered these lines then the realtek drivers loaded for the additional nics.
Hope this helps someone.
