    Reassess your Ram

Are you fed up with frequent problems with your PC system is plagued with bad RAM or DIMM memory ? PC crash with no apparent reason or at random times ?
are you tired of Nasty blue Screens with errors such as IRQL_Less_or_Not_Equal? If so, then it is very likely that there is a problem with your computers memory (RAM). so im gonna tell you this are the error with your dumped memory,if the Computer not booting at all, beeping endlessly. When this happens all you can do is replace the RAM by trying another stick.

    Signs of bad memory
    * Failure to boot and accompanied by continues long beeps.
    * Rampant system crashes or blue screens during the running of NT,2000 or XP.
    * Blue screens during the install procedure of Windows NT,2000 and XP.
    * Crashes during usage of memory intensive applications such as Photoshop,3D Games.
    * Disturbed Video graphics on the monitor screen

DocMemory walks you though the steps to diagnose bad RAM using its latest memory diagnostic software V3.1 Beta,Faulty memory is often the main cause of the dreaded 'flaky PC System ' syndrome, and these hard-to-detect and replicate memory errors DocMemory diagnostic program boots from the floppy disk in a Floppy drive to start the testing software. This version of the DocMemory identifies the following characteristics of a PC system such as the chipset identification number , CPU type , and the DIMM memory frequency, latency....etc.

Restart or Reboot your PC with the installed floppy Disk inserted in the Disk drive to start the DocMemory program. It will automatically begin the burnt-in test. The program can be interrupted anytime if the user wants to view the errors.Any errors in your memory will be listed at the bottom half of the screen

you can use the following instructions to fix the problem

i have one more tool Memtest86+ (http://www.memtest.org) is a ram diagnostic tool that is bootable from a floppy disk or a CD. There are two modes that Memtest86y+ is able to run in which are basic mode and advanced mode. Advanced mode needs more time than basic mode required

you can eliminate the errors by this way but Once you have determined that you have some bad ram better go for replacement of the RAM to the store or manufacturer. However, you need to know which RAM stick is failing because many computers have multiple sticks of RAM in them.

i think this article may helped you....cheers
