The Abit Sg 80 Motherboard gives an ideal platform of work for value conscious customers. It is based on SIS 661FX chipset. It supports, DDR 400, SATA 150, 5.1 audio support, integrated graphic card, etc. It is a good product. You upgrade you system. You can run your processor and ram also as it is compatible with both. The price for this ranges start around $50 approx.

I am using the same model and quiet satisfied with its performance. The mobo has 800Mhz FSB, SIS 661FX chipset, DDR400 RAM support, AGP 8x, 5.1 audio, LAN, etc. It is an value for money product. The compatible cpu is P4 and Celeron D. It comes with an integrated graphic support. You can add upto 2 GB for RAM ( DIMM Module ). After purchasing you will get 1 year on site warranty. All in all it is an good product and a reliable performer.

Re: Need information on Abit Sg 80 Motherboards

The features of mother board are good but still it lacks some thing. Like it cannot support DDR2 memory. The best about this product is that it is stable. The price of the product it quiet similar to the other products which give much more new features. Like a good RAM, new generation processor, etc. Instead of this look out for some more models in the market. It is possible that you will get a new mobo similar the price offer to you. But this means if the mother board it a latest one they you need to by a processor and RAM also which supports it.
