Issue with IBM 4019-E laserprinter

I'm trying to get my IBM 4019 e laser printer to work alone, so i had tried to connect it, to a pc which is running Windows Xp on it. It doesn't work on a network. The pc does not see it so I have to add it in Control Panel. Now the problem is when i try to click on the "print" icon, the printer start printing which look like the old DOS code. Can any body provide me the correct solution to be done on the above issue? Would be grateful to you if any body helps me out to get rid of the above issue.

It seems to be that you are having some drivers problem on your system. Try to download latest drivers from the IBM official website. Or you can also get it from your manufacturer.
