How to uninstall pixma mp830 on an imac

i am trying to install pixma mp830 on an imac but it has problem and not working so I tried to uninstall pixma mp830 completely from the system, but i am unable to do that so please can some one help me to uninstall it or work it? thank you

Remove the printer completely from the system, repair permissions, emptied trash, delete system cache, restart and installed the fresh operating system with some friendly drivers from Canon.try firmware upgrade for the printer hope that will help ..

you should go through user manual which must contain uninstallation procedure but mainly thinking that it is CUPS related, try to reset printer system .Use Gutenprint driver If this does not work then dont try canon driver.
