    Computer won't boot after cleaning

I have a problem on my pc. I have dismantled for cleaning (this is not the first time) after I again to see if everything works and I am on the verge of suicide. The PC boots, no beeps, black screen, the fan runs and 10sec after the PC comes back on. After that it does the same but the time between two changes. I try to solve this but in vain:

    - Changing thermal paste
    - Dismantling Full computer just to confirm if there isn't a short circuit

    But still its not working

Never heard of such things. I think you need to check the connections where it must come from.

I had a similar problem this weekend. Nothing appears on the screen? I removed the processor and reinserted, after that it was over. I simply removed the cpu for a second time, given some spray for removing dust and handed the cpu.
    And it started.

Also check if the cleaning does not damaged the processor, if you do not have a twisted or broken leg. By good luck against the number. Generally it may happen by chance.
