I need to put 19" or onward display screen with USB support at outside of Conference room for visitor welcome note.

You might be check with the leading Electronics shops they might be having customized USB drives to the LCD screen, or you may keep the LCD screen attached to the CPU and the CPU will be having the USB port through which you can sends your custom adds.
