Problem while viewing DVD

Hello Friends

I'm having a problem while viewing the DVD. Whenever i try to view any of the dvd in my dvd player an error occurs which gives out an obnoxious box overlaying my playback screen. I don't know why this problem occurs on my system. It was working fine but it started after i had re-install Windows Xp. Can any one help me out to resolve this issue? Any help on it would be appreciated.

I think you may not have installed your DVD software properly. Try to uninstall it and then reinstall it. Then check out whether you still face the same problem again.

You can try to play your DVD by using some other dvd player on your system. Try to play your DVD disc on that player which can easily play your Dvd disc. it. VLC player is the good software and i think you should go for it.

It can also happen if your DVD disc is corrupted. There might be chances of your DVD software which is unable to read your DVD disc. It can happen if the codecs of your software is corrupted. Try to play your DVD disc with some other DVD software.
