    Configuring Printer USB port

    Hi,
Using Windows XP, I'm trying to install a new Graphtech Plotter (vinyl cutter). It asks me to select a com port and i've selected a USB box. Problem is that there are multiple USB selections. How do I determine which one to use?

    Thanks,
    Goshan

    Re: Configuring Printer USB port

You can connect it to any one of the port in that USB box and then see if it is getting selected. Or else, you will have to go for Trial & Error method looking for each usb port

    See the similar problem here,
