Best dual tv tuner card ?

What would be the best dual tuner ? It must capture the NTSC and ATSC. (analog and digital). He must have the best performance possible without bugs.
It should run fine with MediaPortal or Windows Media Center. it must record.

Here is what you can buy, Hauppauge 500 MCE, Adaptec PVR 3610. The Adaptec is USB(external) and the Hauppauge is internal. go for the hauppage if your only dealing with analgue cable it's a great card. on top of that it's a hardware mpeg encoding card so the load on the CPU is greatly reduced.

The hauppagge card is far and away the best card you can buy for a htpc. Channel changes are virtually instant and works flawlessly with S3 sleep/resume. The only niggle I had with mine is that you need to alter the registry to allow Media Centre to recognize the two digital tuners and an analogue tuner(for radio) at the same time. This is probably more of a MC failing than a fault of the card though.
