I do not see Second Hard-Disk

    Hey Guys!
i just brought a new 320 GB sata hard disk. i connected to my computer which runs Windows vista. When i powered on the system Windows Vista detected new hardware and installed it. Then it said your hard-disk is ready to use. When i open my computer, i cannot see the second drive. i can see the hard-disk in device manager. Is there any thing i missed? Please help me... i'm out of storage space

Did you initialize your hard drive? It is necessary to initialize your hard-disk so that it can be used...

Initializing your hard-disk means Partitioning your hard-disk and then formatting those partitions. Then after you format those partitions, they would appear under My Computer Section...
