    Utilities "Fdisk and Format"

I required these two utilities to partition and format my HDD. On my old PC, I used the Win98 boot disk - My new PC has no floppy drive when I have great need for these tools. Because almost no one in this field, I demand you help me to have these 2 utilities.

otherwise, you can always use SystemRescueCd and gparted software. Terribly effective for formatting and partitioning, and free and more!

When purchasing my pc, my provider pre-installed xp on the pc and so I was not given cd and without the cd I can not boot.

For the solution proposed by "5parts" I can not find - Can you guide me about "SystemRescueCd" to download and burn to cd what I really need.

    Download SystemRescueCd.
Take the last version, namely SystemRescueCd-x86-1.1.5.iso.
Once downloaded, the grave image on a cd (using nero or CDBurnerXP which is free).
Once burned, leaving the CD in the drive and the computer starts it (you ensure that your boot order starts from the CD/DVD drive an example).
    the pc will launch SystemRescueCd.
at the end of the load you up with a command prompt: type "wizard" (without the quotes) and choose a resolution (the second password every time).
    the GUI is launched.
of this interface, start gparted. Then you do not have that format / resize to your liking
