Mobile device not detected on Computer

Hello,

When I connect my GPS or my PDA (USB sync their devices with ActiveSync) on my laptop no problem "mobile device" is opened in Explorer. but on my PC it not open. Any one know what the problem ?

These two PCs have the same configuration.

Did you try different USB ports? Are there other devices operate on the same port?

I tried that but didn't work. I even tried to change the letters of "Removable Disk" USB device without effec.

When the device is plugged in watching the device manager if everything is working correctly. If there is no exclamation point on front yellow to the USB port concerned.
