Transcend JF V30 4Gb usb not detected

Hi

I am having Transcend JF V30 4Gb. It's detected as "Generic USB Flash Device". I am using the Windows XP. currently i am not able to access data in pen drive.

Can someone help me ?

Just format the device but after formatting you will lose data in pen drive.

If your Pen drive is under warranty then replace it . They will issue new pen drive instead of this or they will solve your problem.

Download the Transcend JetFlash V30 drivers. Then try again.
