please give me a good advice regarding power supply

hello actually i am going to build a new system. i bought all parts except power supply. could you please advice me on this matter

my config
asus maximus II formula motherboard
intel quad core q6600 1066mhz
corsair dominator 4gb (2 sticks) 1066 with fan
asus 9800gtx+ 512mb gddr3 dark knight edition (uses two 6 pin plugs)
creative sound blaster x-fi fatality champion platinum series with front bay
western digital caviar se16 640gb hard disk 16mb cache
4 80mm chasis fans
nzxt sentry lx fan controller
zalman cnps9700 cpu cooler

i dont know how much power this system wants. please suggest me a good psu for this. could you also suggest me a budget monitor (main use to watch high definition movies).
