Merge partitions, PC unbootable

I work on a PC mission impossible (well for me!)

Here I wanted to merge 2 partitions for a single SD. So I use a software obtained from a download site and it worked but when you restart the PC !

Error message ==> Operating System Not Fount.

Can you help me? Thank you in advance

It's personal partition manager, and if this can help you, when I boot the PC is also marked

==> PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable and PXE-MOF: Exiting PXE ROM.

And it worked again when I merged the partitions and restarted ...

Is it that you could look in your bios if you well on your boot disk? There is not another message to the two above that you tell me?
I feel that your machine tries to boot from the network then I want to be on the boot before dd pxe in bios

In fact when I enter the bios by F2 or F12, I ask that the machine starts with the CD or even by the AA but none of the 2 does the same with the recovery CD.

For against if you need more info, you can make manipulations to achieve because I am not an expert and I do not know all the functionality.
