MCI Error: Driver Not Installed

I just bought new laptop installed Windows xp,
I have problem when i try open a Kaplan CD for GRE prearation the error message indicates:
"This application requires the MCI Drivers for Windows to be installed".

Any solution for this?

hi Fabian,
i have same problem,I installed XP service pack II. i cant use my Talk Now Cd. i tried to uninstalled TalkNow cd and tried running it again but the same error occured.

Talk Now Plus icon will be created after installing.If it is,right click on that icon, choose properties, select the Compatibility tab, then selecting 'Run this program in compatibility'' mode for:Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
