Help for 7300 on P5Q Pro

I started completely overclocking and I need your help.
not for me but everything to avoid doing silly things.

I would like to know what are the parameters to change in bios. As it is in English, I would not deceive me.

For now, I just changed the FSB by passing to 325. The PC is stable under OCCT but I know I could do better bcp.

A 333, the PC is unstable. I also know a good software to check the temperature of CPU because it tells me improbable temperatures (18 ° C type)

I am not more talented than you level o / c but still give you my settings for my o / c.

My Setup:
E7300@3.20Ghz
P5Q Pro

So in the BIOS I changed mind:

Ratio: 10
FSB: 320
Strap: 333
DRAM: 533

Voltage
CPU: 1.20
PPL, SB, NB: min
RAM: 2V
CE1: Disable

With a test OCCT 1 hour, I am stable:
Temp CPU1: 38min - 68Max
Temp CPU2: 38min - 68Max
Vcore: 1.20 (Ripple 0.01%)
12V
3.3 V

I just spent the FSB to 325 and the PC is stable under OCCT.
The trick is that I would like to exceed this frequency since I have a good heatpipe and that the 7300 can reach 3.6 GHz without worries.
