VGA or DVI Connection

Hello!

I have a screen of 22 "LG225WT with VGA and DVI. So far this screen I had always connected to my graphics (nVidia GeForce 8800GT) for DVI.
The fact is that now I have acquired another screen LG 22 "(W2242S) and this has only VGA input.

Let me give you one of the screens to my sister, and wanted to stay with the new because the cover is black brilliant and I like a lot. But of course, has only VGA input.

I tried to take the two connecting (the graph has two DVI outputs, but I have a converter that brought DVI-VGA) and not notice any difference.
Moreover, the new (which is connected by VGA) the feel brighter, more alive with color.

my question is:
What is real difference on display by connecting a VGA or DVI?

the main difference is that an analog VGA and DVI is digital so that images in high definition if you will notice the difference. It is likely that every day you are still images, games and so on. These will be little or no difference but in a movie with high visual content there will be short if the VGA connector.

It's no longer know how they are going to draw a new screen with just a VGA connection. The other is older and brings the two connections (VGA and DVI).

Anyway, for now I do not see movies in HD, So I do not think we will notice the difference (for now).
