    My system is very hot!

a Core Duo E6300 1.86Ghz on a P5 QL PRO ASUS becomes really very hot! The fan runs a 100% at 1721 rpm and the chassis has 2280 rpm but still it has temperature of 51 ° to the core and a 37 ° mobo then as the PC does nothing special. I lowered the CPU voltage v 1.24 in bios and I lost around 10 degrees (it amounted to 62 ° easy) My NVIDIA Ge 7300 + in PCI Express is very hot to the touch, I heard about cable Cost for PCI Express, a link? Still it is I know what to do and my system is hyper stable despite the high temperature.

All this is normal for your CPU and motherboard therefore no particular concerns to have.

The heat pipe Intel limits are effective and noisy and if you want to lower the temperature of more powerful CPU on your opt for a product such as fan Noctua NH-U12P or F, which is one of the best of its kind.

You can actually take a dedicated power supply for the card very energy. One of the most famous product is the food rack 5 "1 / 4 Fortron FSP Booster X3 300W Power Supply Booster which a test is present in Overclock3D.net. It will not solve your problems of heat and add a little to your system.
