External Hard Disk Wireless

Hi all,
Today thinking how to optimize my way to organize things on both PC and that I have in mind a sort of curiosity: there wireless external hard disk? So that we can share all the files in it so that "transform" the internal hard disk PC common in temporary storage of files.
