    OptiarcAD-7560S DVD Drivererror 39

    Can't see drive. Have tried tofind a solution with no luck. If anyone has an answer with out donwn loading a third party program. I could use the help.

    Vista 64, this is a new lap top off brand I installed kodak software for my camera and now I have this issue, I've tried uninstalling, cant't reintsall no driver and windows says the driver is already installed. I unintsalled the hard ware and still can't get it back. I have even tried a external dvd and the computer won't reconnize it correctly to install the driver. I ordered a new dvd just in case but it won't be here for a week I 'm wishing I bought a Dell a this point. Can you help? I'm thinking this is a registry problem. I'm not that advanced in software.
