Laser Mouse Problem

Hi all
I have buy new Laser Mouse but its not detecting by Vista. I have install driver also for this. Any suggestions will be helpful. I don't know why it is not detecting by Vista.

Try one or more of the followings,

• Unplug the mouse and plug it in again. Make sure the mouse had been detected by the operation systems preperly.
  
  
• Make sure your mouse port has the propre configuration. Refer to your computer documentation for the correct port configuration.
  
  
• When you use the PS/2 type port, you should re-start the computer.

Are you sure your mouse is in working condition? Just check your Mouse on others PC. Good luck

You said you have bought it recently then confirm first your mouse is working or not by the above solutions and then try to get warranty period advantage.
