Small program in OS

I need help:

I'm looking for a small program that would end the task.

Let me explain

When my PC lights as I do there are lots of processes that are completely useless to me. The only things that I provide is the lags.

Short in a few tests I was able to analyze QPService.exe lager was my pc

So what I want: It is a small file that I put on the desktop and once connected directly I can close in any case this task see others.

I already had access to this kind of file that allowed me to empty a folder and then start a game, so I guess this is possible.
