    Inactive mouse click

    Here's my problem:

The mouse works very well at times but for about 50% of the time it becomes inactive. It is a random phenomenon.

(reduction of the window or opening another or change in the taskbar) the mouse still moves but 2 clicks are inactive.

    the best I think):

format the computer and reinstalled windows.

try another mouse and see if the problem persists.

Is that it would not be a problem with your PS2 port if your mouse is connected to this port? Have you tested with the USB or otherwise another USB port?

It should also know what kind of mouse (wire or wireless? Optical or laser?), Both for the original mouse for others, you tried and experiencing the same malfunction.

This is not a disk problem? The bad sector may "block" windows except the mouse can still move ... The keyboard does it better? (alt-tab, windows key, ctrl-alt-del ...)

I use Windows Vista. When the problem appears, the manager does not stain spot that uses lots of memory. I tried with 3 different USB mouse wireless and optical. That has not changed ... For the keyboard, it works very well when mouse clicks are inactive.
The problem appears just when I go to my 2nd data partitions.

You tried with a PS / 2? Your other USB devices work when they arrive the problem? Given the correlation access to a place of the disc, you can check your second partition with a small chkdsk / r
