Samsung F1 500 go Samsung F1 500 GB

My worry is that my RAM is not recognized in 1066 in Bios but at the same time recognized in 800
I wanted the manual has happened in 1066 was 2.2 volts but the PC is not stable and plant after two minutes of Crysis ...
2.2 volts and tension minimum for the ram supports 1066 but how to be it stable?

I have had the same problem with my PC9200 which was recognized in 800 instead of 1050 so I returned to 2.1v and 1050mhz and no worries. try to increase the voltage of 0.1v and possibly see if it works or cooled a little ram.
