Acer 1703 slow boot

I have an acer 1703 (connected to a outside screen) without hard drive and DVD player in the drive it is very slow and even its start is uncertain. When I go in bios it is even slower and the keyboard does not respond directly. Another time was once I had a bios display on one half of the screen. Resetting the BIOS has not changed. So if you have an idea it is always welcomed. Thank you in advance for your help

I tried to change the battery and it will boot a bit more. But it still remains the same after 5-10 minutes with the slow boot.
