    F10 button restored my computer

Yesterday I accidentally pressed the F10 button on my Compaq Presario B1200 Notebook when switching on the computer. Now I have lost all my work done on that day. The F10 button generally is used for system restore on my computer. Is it possible for me to get back my data?

If that is the case then your original data might be overwritten. You can recover the data with the help of recovery software's available in the market.

Same here. I was also having the same problem with my HP computer when I pressed F10. It restored my whole system and deleted everything on my hard disk.

I found a free data recovery software and managed to recover my data with out any losses. I also used a guide for this:

    Hope this will help you.
