    Core2Duo or Quadcore

    Hello, want to change gear, I wondered if I was taking a big Core2Duo or quadcore;

    I heard that Core2Duo for the games were better than 4cores. True or not?

    Then I would have looked at ASUS P5Q-Deluxe and I was advised a E8600.
    What do you think?

    And I add 2GB of RAM to. thanks for reading !

    I advise you to take a Core 2 duo because they are actually more effective in games= For example Crysis operates 2
    For more 2gb ram is useless especially if you run in 32bit

    In general there are two schools:

    - Those who say that the quad core is nothing because there is no optimized for gaming and that therefore a dual is more prefer

    - Those who say that a quad is much better because the application will be increasingly optimized for and when this will happen, they are more powerful than the dual.

    Personally I am in favor of a second opinion because it was already seen at the time of the choice between Monocular and dual core. Any more games running well on a C2D

    Finally you had to make you notice the above, there are lots of the above topic.
